Working to make it safer to get around the Northside
The Department of Mobility and Infrastructure has a suite of proposed projects within the Northside neighborhoods, broken up into two phases. Phase 1 mostly centers around Manchester and the Central Northside. Phase 2 mostly involves improving access to Riverview Park and the Riverfront Trail System.

Initial improvements that DOMI is looking at include:
- Manchester Chateau Network (Fulton, Juniata & Manhattan)
- California Ave Corridor (Brighton to Marshall)
- Brighton Rd Improvements (North to California) Phase 2

Northside Project Cluster Phase 2
Initial improvements that DOMI is looking at include:
- Pennsylvania Ave: Brighton Rd to Manhattan Ave (2021)
- Perrysville Ave: Charles St to Mairdale Ave (2021)
- Marshall: California Ave to Brighton Rd (2021/2)
- River to Riverview: McClure, Woods Run | Eckert, Preble, Westhall (2021/2)
- Riverview Dr: Mairdale Ave to Riverview Ave (2021/2)
- River Trail to Allegheny Commons: Scotland Ave, Martindale St, Merchant St (2021/2)
